Virtual Tech LLC provides software development, consulting, and related digital services as described in written proposals, statements of work, or invoices.

2. Quotes and Scope

All pricing and timelines are estimates unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement. Scope changes may result in revised pricing and delivery schedules.

3. Payments

Payment terms are defined in each proposal or invoice. By paying an invoice, you authorize charges for the agreed services. Late payments may pause delivery.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery windows vary by package and project complexity. Delays caused by missing client feedback, content, or approvals may extend timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of project deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party licensed materials and pre-existing proprietary tools.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Virtual Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of delivered services.
